CLASSES

Vegas Empire Athletics offers structured classes for athletes ages 3–18 of all skill levels. Our curriculum is built on the philosophy of perfection before progression, ensuring every athlete develops strong fundamentals, confidence, and proper technique in a positive, supportive environment.



Whether your athlete is brand new or advancing through elite tumbling, our class system is designed to meet them where they are and help them grow safely and consistently.

CLASS PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Our class pathway is designed to build well-rounded athletes through progressive skill development in tumbling, flexibility, strength, and performance.

CHEER, FLEXIBILITY & TUMBLING CLASSES

Flyer Training (Ages 5–18)

Time: 30 Minutes - 60 Minutes


A flexibility and strength-focused class designed to help athletes develop the body positions, control, and conditioning needed for flyer skills.


Athletes will build flexibility, balance, and proper technique for safe and strong performance.

Level 1 Tumbling (Ages 3–5)

A beginner-friendly introduction to movement and coordination. Athletes learn foundational skills such as rolls, jumps, basic shapes, and safe use of equipment in a fun, structured environment.


Level 1 Tumbling (Ages 6–9)

No prerequisites. This class builds core tumbling foundations including forward rolls, cartwheels, bridges, and progressions toward walkovers and round-offs.


Level 1 Tumbling (Ages 10+)

Designed for older beginners. Athletes will learn and refine basic tumbling skills including rolls, cartwheels, bridges, and introductory walkover and round-off progressions.


Level 2 Tumbling (Ages 5–18)

Prerequisites: Round-off, back walkover, and front walkover.
Athletes begin connecting skills and learning foundational power skills including front handsprings, back handsprings, and combinations.


Level 3 Tumbling (Ages 5–18)

Prerequisites: Standing back handspring and round-off back handspring series.
Focuses on advanced combinations such as back tucks, aerials, and connected tumbling passes.


Level 4 Tumbling (Ages 5–18)

Prerequisites: Standing back handspring series and back tuck skills.
Athletes develop higher-level skills including standing tucks, whips, layouts, and advanced tumbling connections.


Level 5 Tumbling (Ages 5–18)

Prerequisites: Standing tuck and layout-level skills.
This class focuses on elite progression skills including fulls, arabians, and advanced combinations.


Level 6 Tumbling (Ages 5–18)

Prerequisites: Advanced connected tumbling (layout/full level).
Elite-level tumbling development including standing fulls, twisting skills, and high-level pass combinations.
